I just watched our local news and they said that according to our correspondants, the deathtoll is around 70 with 700 injured. No organization has taken direct credit for the bombings, but a certain group linked to Al-Qaeda made a statement just before the G8 convention.
How long have you had this problem? Have you installed new video card driver recently or change some options in your card's settings. The problem is certainly not NeoRAGEx's problem for sure.
If everything else is default, then you're missing a whole lot... Change your settings if they aren't like this already: Video: 16-bit, Interpolation, VSync on + Triple Buffering as well. Audio: 16-bit, Stereo, 44kHz, Interpolated, FM/ADPCM.
I've only played a fan-made version called Variable Geo Max, which is basically a hentai version of the original V.G. However, the game is still good with flashy super moves and the works. Based on the Variable Geo manga/anime. If you can't find the Saturn/PSX game, try looking for Variable Geo Max which is free and not so hard to find.
I think it's fascinating how arcade games in the past had superb graphics when at the same time, the graphics and home consoles were noticeable inferior. Yeah, I know, if home onsoles would have used the same graphics chips, their prices would have been astronomical.
A CUE file is not the same as an ISO. A cue simply tells the burning program how to burn a specific image. Here is my example that I did for my Radiant Silvergun image: FILE "RADIANT SILVERGUN.ISO" BINARY

The second audio track has a pregap of 2 seconds, since there has to be a noticeable change when switching from a data track to an audio track. The following tracks don't have postgap or pregap. This general CUE file works with IMG, BIN, and ISO. Alcohol uses its own type of images and description sheets, and doesn't do other types (the last time I checked anyways). If you don't want to make CUE files by hand, try Sega CUE Maker, but it doesn't always make things right.
Kega Fusion is the best Sega CD emulator out there. There isn't a better one. If some images don't work with Kega, then is with 98% certainty that the problem is in the image and not in Kega itself.
