  1. v0.100 is a reality soon. It's been a long journey. I think I'll celebrate by finally downloading a new MAME binary, Raiden Fighters etc. and just play.
  2. You really shouldn't give up so easily, but that's just me.
  3. Haven't got it myself yet. :/
  4. Agreed. One of the best games on the SNES.
  5. I am so getting it right now and testing it.
  6. Only custom MAME builds have support for all the games, but those have gone underground, ever since the MAME Team started to protect their "trademark". You can make all games work in Nebula and Kawaks, but you'll need a Loader (either for Kawaks or Nebula). No "legal" emulator plays all games. The Loaders are fringe and not supported by ElSemi nor MHz (or whoever it is that develops Kawaks). James (another moderator here) has his own custom MAME build that supports every single Neo-Geo set there is, but he doesn't share it in public because of the reasons I gave above. You can ask him about it, but don't expect to get the answer you want.
  7. how on earth? the movie sucked the matrix ripoffs, the randomness, and the gameplay clips, not to mention the horrible acting >_ ... WTF? The movie has gameplay clips in it? The movie is all about leaping semi-zombies.
  8. I'm not too sure if you're asking or making a statement. I'll look into it some more.
  9. Are you absolutely sure you are talking about the right game. My searches only come up with two NES titles, both G.I. Joe games, both developed by Kid between 1991 and 1992.
  10. Myself and Mr. G think alike, although I do believe that the rating system the USA uses could use improvement, and it's being abused by people like Jack Thompson.
  11. What foreign language? Got the site link?
  12. I hope you also used all the fixes including Zero's Triple Rod bugfix, Iori's Saika bugfix and whatnots. btw, you can also rollback the changes some patches do by using another patch.
  13. The only thing you need to worry about is to patch the right file. For example, if the patcher suggests that it need "svc_p1.rom", you press the... button and locate the file that has p1 somewhere in the filename. To make things even easier, before you patch anything, extract the P1, S1, and M1 files from the arcive. the patches alter these 3 files so those are what you need. About Weirdy's comment, the patches work on any CRCs and do not perform any CRC checks. Besides, the patches were made to work with the bootleg set (svcplus, the only set that works in NeoRAGEx).... well, apart from the two clones anyway.
  14. No, those fixes do not need an IPS patcher. Just extract the right file from your archive to a temporary folder, but the patch file you want to apply in the same folder and run it. If the filename does not match, you can change it by click on the... button. After the patching is done, put the pathed file back into the set. EDIT: And make sure that you make backup copies.
  15. Head over to: http://www.geocities.com/svc_fixes/, fix your romset, and you can also patch the P1 to include the Bosses (Shin Akuma, Shin Mr. Karate, Athena and Red Arremer). btw, the others aren't mini-bosses, just hidden characters.
  16. Heh, you finally got the chance to post MAME news. I'm curious... do you have every MAME set?
  17. Their site is good in a sense that there's a huge database of games and their ratings. So you're saying that SA actually had 17+ instead of 18+ over there? That's odd.
  18. Yes, actually I do. I can plug it to the USB port and it measures levels via decoded IP addresses over teh intarwebs.
  19. Well, if the ratings in Australia go hand-in-hand with what we have here, San Andreas has been AO since the begginning, and no one complained. Does australia use PEGI? It's a PAL area after all.
  20. Yes, we knew.
  21. Oh yay, K´ wins teh prize after all.
  22. There is no way to make it english. What you see is what you get.
  23. Well, if you want my opinion, the whole thing about San Andreas getting an AO rating was useless, since I consider 'M' (16+ or 18+ according to PEGI) to be adults only. All in all, the rantings in the USA go way overboard, but over here, the ratings are damn accurate, and I fully support them. Then again, San Andreas is widely sold here with the old rating, and I haven't even seen the new rating. PEGI doesn't even have a rating past 18+.
  24. I don't really use those either, except my registered No$GB for Gameboy emulation and great justice.
  25. I hope he doesn't, or if he does he better drink responsibly... Or I'm going to lay the Smackdown on him and suspend his posting ability if he logs in while drunk.
