What games are you trying to run? If you only get the Test Mode screen (or just the Dot Cross Hatch), your sets aren't fully NeoRAGEx compatible, and there's a problem with the P roms.

I'm not in a position to assist the author with this. I had to use google to find out what kind of media Saturn uses! If any of you people with Saturn software can assist, go right ahead. Here's your chance for a sneak play with this new emu! Since when where you a emu tester ? Is your pc fast enough to even test the Sega Saturn emulator ?. Since he has tested so many DSEmu builds I guess. I can be a tester if one accepts me. Although I don't know how well my computer suits for testing (AMD Athlon64 3000+, 512 MB RAM and ATi RADEON 9800 Pro).
