'Better' is subjective. I prefer arcade over console ports, although console ports tend to have some extra features like a practice mode. If you already have the arcade version of Kikaioh/Tech Romancer, I see no need to get the Dreamcast version.

You need to extract every 7-Zip package separately. Unless you use an archiver program that can extract multiple 7z archives on the fly. I don't know where to get one of those.
