If you have put the EGCG NeoRAGEx "fresh" on your machine, the serial number is needed. After than, no matter how many times you delete the emulator and put it back again, the serial is not needed. Why there is a serial isn the first place just baffles the hell out of me.

I sound buffer is a part of memory where the sound samples are stored before they get to your speakers. Having a large buffer can cause sound delay, and too small of a buffer can cause noise in the sound.

Any one of those should work. Anders Nilsson and Janne Korpela are the original NeoRAGEx developers, so if you are superstitious, try those.

But dev does use its own specific sets, which are hard to find. With Loaders, there is no such issue.
