You need to run nullDC first, then select the CD image you want to run via File --> Normal Boot. Very few emulators can handle direct file associations without problems and CD images should never be "run" just by double-clicking them or trying to associate them with a program. Always run games from within the emulator itself. I don't know how well nullDC supports homebrew games, so I can't tell you whether it'll run or not.

Save the file you download to your HDD, then get WinRAR (or any other file compression program that can handle RAR files) and extract the contents of the compressed RAR archive to a folder of your choice. P.S. You should stop using Internet Explorer. Seriously.

You can stop trying to make the game look like it should. Intel's integrated graphics chips get you nowhere. They are especially poor for emulation. Get a decent video card.

There is no way for me to affect those idiotic lists. But, when I reboot my modem, I get a new IP. It means I can escape IP banning, but sometimes it can land me in trouble, as what happened today. Ah, right. My brain doesn't seem to function today. :/ I used to have a dynamic IP as well, but that was many years ago.

Most integrated graphics chips made by Intel are hopeless when it comes to emulation (well ok, they are quite crappy otherwise as well, but extremely poor for emulation) Most emulators that emulate 3D graphics will not fully support these chips because they lack the necessary graphics routines and instructions needed.

Only a handful of games supported the SNES SuperScope (what the hell were you thinking Nintendo, the crusaders for non-violent overly censored games, when you designed the thing to look like a bazooka?) SuperScope 6 and Yoshi's Safari were ok games.
