ive tried messing about with xmugen myself,got it to load up and it would just crash on me every time.to cut a long story short i gave up.

with the announcment of a 30% price cut to the 360 in japan i am seriously thinking of buying one for all these shmups that aregoing to be released. i have a 37inch hdlcd tv and its only a year old so should the nstc signal be ok or would i need some kind of signal converter to get a good clear picture.or if i use an hdmi cable would the signal not matter after that?

im liking the new fba,tmnt is a great addition and the pgm games oriental legend,knights of valour and plus and also killing blade are good additions.awsome work as always kenshiro and iq 132.

ive never tried wolf-fang before so i am downloading now.was this game also released on the snes and is there any other 2d games like this for the ps1? i already have rapid reload.

there isnt any difference between the arcade and psx port of dodonpachi apart from less frames of animation.the saturn port is better.

double post. if you are talking about strider2 here then the answer is no because the arcade version is using the sonyz2 arcade hardware which is basically a ps1. all the above games you mentioed run on the same arcade hardware.

i really do rate raiden dx as one of the best shooters ever.it totally shoves 2 fingers up to raiden3,which is a good shooter but could have been ported better on the ps2.i swear some of the graphics in the ps2 port looke like a ps1 shooter. surely the arcade version is better?

the older models were unreliable but with the release of the falcon last year and a newer update to the board there have been less reported rrods.

yes they work but you are better off sticking with psx versions as those games run far to slow on mameox. even with the sound deleted and after messing around with the settings in vmm,there isnt much difference. here are some settings to make strider2 and streetfighterex series of games more playable on mameox128plus. http://www.1emulation.com/forums/index.php...mp;hl=strider+2

i seen over at xbox scene in the compatibility thread for pcsxbox that dodonpachi isnt playable as in crashes.to get it working when normally after you finish the first level it just hangs there start pressing the fire button constantly and it will start on the second level.do this after you finish each level.

i dont really have any suggestions for features as i like the features in coinops.the only thing that i would like to see is the raiden fighters series and viper phase1(run on the same hardware) emulated on xbox,how much times have i said that.
