Well, the rule change is finally complete. There are still some minor things to do which will be done later. The new EmuNetwork site will be up soon which their corresponding forums will be moved there as well. This rule change was probabaly the hardest thing we've ever done with 1Emulation. I saw this movie last night. It was a great movie, action packed and the movie all took place in around 10hrs. I thought Tom Cruise was awesome as a bad guy for the first time. He really put a lot of hidden anger into his character, it reminded me of Terminator 2 with the cop. In this movie he is hitman who has to kill 5 people in 5 stops. I recommend everyone to see this movie since it's worth it. Jamie Fox did an awesome job, a lot better than I expected from him since he's a comedian.

As I said before, we won't be able to be affiliates with the sites I listed even with the new rules. This is mostly so people don't have to hesitate to post a link to 1Emulation on another emulation website. However, we will never stop working for affiliation as time progresses since with more honor, there will be more glory for the future. We have devised a plan for 1Emu v3.0 which will keep 1Emulation fully alive. Infact, I myself have already started working all day on it. The direct link you are mentioning will most likely be removed. We will still think about it more though.

The rules are not as clear as we want them to be right now. We'll have a more clearer set of rules soon. This is just the basis of the new rules. As for the new user thing, the premium members status has always been a gift after achieving 100 posts.

We have spoken to many people already and they have agreed by them. Don't think we just made this up in 1 day.

Rule/Forum Changes 1) Remove the Rom Request Forum - We have worked on this, the best thing to think about now is Premium Member status (100 Posts or more). 2) Remove the EmuNet Forums - A brand new website will be made and everything will be moved there. 3) Remove any other illegal material - Anything that is currently on page 1 in all forums will be scanned and previous pages. 4) Remove GameShare system - Has been removed. 5) No rom links will be allowed to be posted in the forums and no requesting of roms will be permitted. - Look at the rule change #1. 6) No linking to illegal emulation sites. - All forums will be scanned and of course anything that is currently on pages and previous pages. Why are we doing this? We think it will help 1Emulation grow with a better supporting community and it will really bring us closer to the core of the emulation scene. We'll keep working as hard as we can to make 1Emulation the best emulation site there ever will be. 1Emulation is also a company and I can't get risked being sued or warned by other companies. We don't want the users of 1Emulation to have to get banned or warned for posting a link to us on another site. We want to keep 1Emulation as legal as possible. The high majority of our staff has agreed with these rule changes and EmuFanatics, EmuTalk, ExEmu, as well as other websites will allow the posting of the link to 1Emulation.com after this rule change. With the upcoming 1Emulation v3.0, we promise that you will have nothing to worry about when it comes to the future of this site. There has been a lot of preparation involved for this in my part which has been mainly taking time off the site and getting to know more emulation developers and site owners. We don't want 1Emulation to be just another emulator site. And now this thread is officialy closed for going off-topic. My rating of the wallpaper: 7.. I never had anything against Ash, he's great at graphics design. He's the one making it look like he's a target since it was his fault for breaking the board rules which I even let go. This is by far the dumbest argument I have ever had to encounter and I am glad it is now done.

Of course not, but it when it's repetitive and I tell you to stop and when it reaches to a point that I have to warn you and suspend your account for 2 weeks and then you do it some more, then what do you expect me to do? It's more than just that, this went to a point that he didn't accept anything I said. I am not at fault towards someone elses imaturity. I can show you the log of our conversation today and all it showed was his imaturity showing more and more against me for things that had nothing to do with the argument. This is not about who's wrong and who's right, this is about a user who doesn't accept the board rules and I even gave an exception for him and he didn't appreciate it at all and escalated it even further. All he did was spit in my face which I ignored as well. I have better things to do then internet flame wars, but when it comes to personal attacks to me, I have no sympathy towards the person. Don't expect flowers back from me since my time is of the essence and I have none to waste when it comes to times like these.

Those are Ash's last words, as for him calling me ignorant. I am not the one escalating this when I let him have his signature image for the last time.
