BoomBa_GoosE Posted April 1, 2004 Posted April 1, 2004 Tekken4's better than VF4 EvoErrr....your kidding right.... Tekken 4 was the worst one in the entire series...... i hated tekken so i tried 4 to be openminded. yeah, i still hate it. VF 2 was fun tho. haha
ForceX Posted April 1, 2004 Posted April 1, 2004 Tekken 1 and Tekken Tag Tournament were the only ones I liked in the entire series....
Ryuken Posted April 1, 2004 Posted April 1, 2004 (edited) i thought Tekken 4 was pretty kool well better than VF4 but i haven't play VF4 evo it's there any changes in VF4 evo Edited April 1, 2004 by Ryuken
Agozer Posted April 1, 2004 Posted April 1, 2004 i thought Tekken 4 was pretty kool well better than VF4 but i haven't play VF4 evo it's there any changes in VF4 evoMore characters and tweaked gameplay + slightly better graphics.
ForceX Posted April 1, 2004 Posted April 1, 2004 VF4 Evo is more refined than VF4 and has many improvements...the graphics being one of the major ones and the addition of two new characters...and a new Quest mode...where you go around arcades in Japan and verus the best VF4 players in the world (Sega recorded them fighting and placed their information into VF4 Evo so you are verusing the best in the world not just some crappy AI....)
Ryuken Posted April 1, 2004 Posted April 1, 2004 now that i know about what VF4 EVO can do. i wanna buy just to c if it's good. cuz it sounds a lot better than the other 3D fighting games after wat u just told me
ForceX Posted April 1, 2004 Posted April 1, 2004 Trust me...you will not regret it....VF4 Evo is much better than VF4 (I own both and I have compared them together)....
Ryuken Posted April 1, 2004 Posted April 1, 2004 at first i thought VF4 evo only have new char. das y in the othe forum i said VF sux and tekken's better. but if what u said it's true then VF4 evo is a whole lot better
Captain FuKu Posted April 1, 2004 Posted April 1, 2004 Guilty Gear XX. The only fighting game I'm currently practicing seriously at. Also plan on going to Evo 2k4, and hopefully make some money.
Agozer Posted April 1, 2004 Posted April 1, 2004 Trust me...you will not regret it....VF4 Evo is much better than VF4 (I own both and I have compared them together)....I wish I could find Evo at a reasonable price somewhere around here. I have VF4, but the Kumite kinda wore me out, since the opponents start to be tough nuts to crack.

Unfortunately, I think US is the only place you can get it for 20 bucks. I think it was due to Sony starting some crap with Sega saying VF won't sell, so the only way they'd be allowed to release it in the states was to lower the price to the Greatest Hits price. More and more, I don't hear very good things about Sony it seems.
Ryuken Posted April 1, 2004 Posted April 1, 2004 das another reason i thought VF4 evo wasn't gonna be good cuz it first came out as Greatest Hit which i thought was to get ppl to buy cuz it sucked
ForceX Posted April 1, 2004 Posted April 1, 2004 (edited) It came out in the classics range because Sega and Sony thought that people had already brought VF4 for $100 or so dollars and they didn't want to rub it in their faces....So they thought it would be a good idea to make it in the classics range....so people who already owned VF4 would buy it.... It costs $100 here tho But trust me VF4 Evo > Tekken 4 Edited April 1, 2004 by ForceX
