I know many of you know this site, but its frankly is the best for CPS1 & 2 Roms! The links are fast and the site is awesome.

this site has some cps1 & cps2 roms. it also has neogeo, and a few genesis roms.

This is a pretty good cps-2 site. Selections is good and all the links work!!!
