And be able to stream the videos. Thanks. For anyone that has a NAS, this post I made a while back is still relevant to CoinOPS2 Just in case anyone else uses network streaming and are having this issue. Here's what BP helped me with. Go into Advanced and 'Disable' the Final Burn CPS2 Core. This will take care of the 'ROM Error: No Data Found' on Capcom & Fighting games. The following 13 roms will not stream and need to moved to xbox. CoinOPS\roms\ abcopcottongforce2glochsf2kf10theppdriftrchasesmgpsnowbro3strkfgtrthndrbldtoutrun2 The following 5 roms need to be renamed to lowercase: (Hint: this will actually benefit everyone as these don't scan at all until renamed, so you get 5 more games) HellfireNinjakunPushmansVastarWhizz Console roms (GBA_, SNES_, MDRIVE_) don't stream. Ignore them or move to xbox. CoinOPS\roms\ Rescan your games and you'll get 1215 working (- consoles) Thanks for the assistance BP. Now get to work on full SMB support across all cores. Oh yea, and SMB video preview. Also, if anyone else would like to see support for SAMBA, please speak up. all good...smb support for consoles / fb will be pretty easy as stated to a few people now its hard to get a vib of what people want without the vote...but good to see the messages and new way works well...create threads of stuff you want I wont answer except via pm or msn....if I see it get supports ill spend the time and get it in....

It's not working for consoles and I have a working path to arcades. This works for arcades not consoles. smb://workgroup/server/share/path/roms also tried this for consoles smb://server/share/path/roms What's the proper syntax for consoles?

BritneysPAIRS Posted May 30, 2011 Author Posted May 30, 2011 OK so much stuff is done now....ill be patching across a build 2.1 and continue on 2.2 What is the most wanted stuff from what is seen ill do some of the N64 and Arcades.....also what new features do people want in the new one...if not it may go into 2.2 as there is so much stuff and patching it in now is massive....100s and 100s of games
BritneysPAIRS Posted May 30, 2011 Author Posted May 30, 2011 OK just looked at the xtras videos for N64 and ill have to redo most of them bummer.....but they wont make the grade at present...black bars...low res...bad framerate etc...so ill work on some of these soonish (just the ones from emumovies...bummer I thought they may have redone them)
BritneysPAIRS Posted May 30, 2011 Author Posted May 30, 2011 OK its looking like the upate pack will be about 240 games most arcades...a few N64 and few N64 features....also alot of new arcades.... Im sure you are aware that this isnt an update like R2 R3 R4 etc this is an extensize update involving alot of work to make sure all vids are good...all games work in sd and hd etc.... but this should go into final bug bash this week...bear in mind ill have to make some more videos for N64 as currently none are of CoinOPS standards...also ill look at fixing the goonies 2 video is goonies one etc...if I can remember what they are ill fix it in the update some new sorting methods and switchs are going in at present as well....and deciding whats best in this update.....the next update will have alot less games and alot more of optomising and features....
