I side with rum. Rum has a sweeter flavor and thats what I like.

 

I dislike Black Label for this reason.

Im leaning towards rum as well. But if you can get some quality whisky its close.

 

Lately I've been drinking the cheap ass castillo rum. Its not very good rum but if your mixing it with coke anyway well, what does it matter?

Real martini's are made with gin and vermouth anyway. Flavored vodka martini's lacking vermouth are girly drinks.

Vodka is also awesome, so is tequila.

 

I hate gin though. Its fucking nasty. I have a friend who drinks it all the time. He drinks that Gin and Tonic shit too. Lately it's been Gin and sprite. Blech.

I can't tell the differfence between Gin and Vodka...at the bar. That's because they serve domestic SHIT.

 

I was once asked by a bardtender "How's your gin and tonic?" I didn't ask for gin, and I don't drink gin. If she hadn't said anything, I wouldn't have known.

 

Vodka...I drink Stolichnaya, Smirnoff is ASS, Grey Goose is yuppie Vodka that tastes like I'm licking a dirty window.

Yeah dry gin is yuck for me. Ketel One vodka is cool... Crown Royal whiskey too.
