ken_cinder Posted April 9, 2010 Posted April 9, 2010 Dude...my house! WTF http://maps.google.ca/maps?hl=en&ie=UT...241.68,,0,11.03 Not afraid to share...you better bring a gun, a big one.
Krosigrim Posted April 10, 2010 Author Posted April 10, 2010 Awesome! Nice neighborhood. Yea I wish I had some people I knew on the pics, that would be awesome.
Krosigrim Posted April 12, 2010 Author Posted April 12, 2010 Google street view camera vehicle driver getting a ticket (how else would I say it?) I got this off a site that was saying that some countries do not allow street view such as germany... who has something similar to the deep packet inspections England has. Weird... and ironic.
Krosigrim Posted April 12, 2010 Author Posted April 12, 2010 Awesome man! Houses are the way to go. I've lived apartment life so long... I forgot what it was like. Wow your right outside the big City. Similar to me and Orlando last year. I looked at the satellite view and I like the location... Your just outside of the city, so you have the best of both worlds. Not too far so you can easily buy anything you need. (Enjoy city life) And live in a quiet nook. Surprisingly enough, so close to such a big and well known city... it seems quiet and peaceful, and only 5 miles out! Looks like farmland. But I guess thats the thing. Swamps, Orange groves and the like in Florida. Not much Farmland. I see just behind you is a very large field. Looks to be the first large field out of a great many to the east. See I think this is awesome. Id have never looked at Indianapolis and its surrounding area. And I knew Cinder was in Canada, but he might as well be in the states. Hes just on the other side of a great lake. He is closer to where I live than Inky. And looking at the satellite view of Cinders area... Wow look at all that farmland! Everything so green. Then ya got Inky. Awesome looking topography but dry as hell. All interesting areas that I find fascinating. Well, I stay in Virginia Beach but there is nothing special. Well theres the Chesapeake bay bridge tunnel (an underground (water) bridge) and thats pretty cool. There is a few military bases here and I get to see all kinds of cool stuff like Battle ships and giant hovercrafts that cary trucks and stuff. You can actually see them quite well but I dont know how to save what Im looking at on this other than from a direct search to begin with. If you roam around it'll not keep track of vectors. Ahh well. But yea, awesome! Wonder where I'll focus the eye of Sauron next.
Jitway Posted April 13, 2010 Posted April 13, 2010 Ya I like it here. It is quiet and on a dead end street but still not far from the city life as you say. Got to go to them concerts ya know. The field behind me was a soybean field last year this year is will most likely be corn.
veristic Posted April 13, 2010 Posted April 13, 2010 Soybean? Has Montsanto showed up around your area before?
VT-Vincent Posted April 13, 2010 Posted April 13, 2010 I can see my kitchen window: Google Maps. It looks like Google Maps only did the main strip though, they didn't traverse through the town.
Jitway Posted April 14, 2010 Posted April 14, 2010 Soybean? Has Montsanto showed up around your area before?Yes they have I have seen them in the fields of Indiana before though not right around here. I can see my kitchen window: Google Maps. It looks like Google Maps only did the main strip though, they didn't traverse through the town. Is your car in the picture there Vincent?
Krosigrim Posted April 14, 2010 Author Posted April 14, 2010 Weird Vincent, Broadview Blvd looks more like a really really long driveway. Yea its an undertaking to get every road. I guess your too far out. The city area just south of you got the detail though. Looking around your area. I like the mountainy forest look. Its pretty awesome.
VT-Vincent Posted April 14, 2010 Posted April 14, 2010 Is your car in the picture there Vincent? No, I just moved in about a month ago... I haven't seen my car on Google Maps yet. Weird Vincent, Broadview Blvd looks more like a really really long driveway. Yea its an undertaking to get every road. I guess your too far out. The city area just south of you got the detail though. Looking around your area. I like the mountainy forest look. Its pretty awesome. It's actually nice having Broadview Blvd there, if it weren't I'd be right on the main highway and the traffic would be even louder. It's odd that they went through New Kensington... that's not one of the nicer areas around here.
VT-Vincent Posted April 14, 2010 Posted April 14, 2010 (edited) None of you guys seem to live in rough areas. This any better > http://maps.google.com/maps?f=q&source...,128.02,,0,6.61 ? Edited April 14, 2010 by VT-Vincent
