CPS3 On Vista Crashes!

Recommended Posts

I find it hard to believe that one would need 1.5GB of RAM just to run Vista and a fairly simple emulator in it. Not to mention that I've never seen an application crash just because a system supposedly doesn't have enough RAM.

If you ask me, this is another one of those Windows' Weird Incompatibilities™ is raising its ugly head (i.e. some arbitrary hardware/software/driver incompatibility). The crash could be caused by a number of things, but I don't think the lack of RAM has anything to do with it.

Well, the only thing i can think of is the memory since I run practically fine without hiccup with 4GB Ram on Vista while his can't.

And i have another PC running Vista with 2.5GB RAM, and I can tell you it loads Vista SLOW
