garyoak99 Posted November 23, 2008 Posted November 23, 2008 I am aware that they have Tekken Tag Tournament playable on PCSX2 but I was wondering if they ever got it working on MAME. Have they emulated Tekken Tag Tournament on MAME yet?
Devia Eleven Posted November 23, 2008 Posted November 23, 2008 The original Arcade version ran on 32-bit graphics, which means, that the arcade version is actually inferior to the PS2 port.
Elvis Posted November 23, 2008 Posted November 23, 2008 (edited) Question: Have they emulated Tekken Tag Tournament on MAME yet? Answer: MAME has Tekken Tag Tournament, though it is marked as not working. Tekken 1, 2, and 3 seems to be playable with MAME. If you let the MAME development squad know how interested you are in that game, maybe they will hurry it along for you. Edited November 23, 2008 by Elvis

Thanks for that reminder. I'll keep that in mind if I ever feel the need to see what the arcade game could have been like if they had upgraded the hardware. I know the previous Tekken titles are playable on MAME as the first three titles have been playable on MAME for years now. That is hilarious! It almost sounds like they're Santa!
