Gryph Posted June 10, 2007 Posted June 10, 2007 A very interesting development. I hope this leads to great things.
Smilee Posted June 11, 2007 Posted June 11, 2007 Interesting indeed, it's good they're making progress on this.
L.S.D Posted June 11, 2007 Posted June 11, 2007 http://pspupdates.qj.net/Capcom-Play-Syste...pg/49/aid/94773 I see the news from here. I am more interested in SF3: 3S and Warzard But all are my favourite games anyway
BlackKnight Posted June 11, 2007 Posted June 11, 2007 I'm solely in the Warzard boat since it is the only one there I have never played or even seen a machine of, and since CPS-3 emulation is likely the only way I'll ever see it. Playing as Hauzer in CFJ and then seeing his different moves in an old Red Earth vid really piqued my interest.

I can't remember much of it though.I do remember the Lion guy (what his name?) with his moves like Ryu
Sybarite Paladin AxL Posted June 11, 2007 Posted June 11, 2007 Greatness! I'm curios, how big will the roms be though? And since we're on the subject, how many games are there for the Hyper Neo Geo 64 and are they emulated yet?
BlackKnight Posted June 11, 2007 Posted June 11, 2007 Greatness! I'm curios, how big will the roms be though? And since we're on the subject, how many games are there for the Hyper Neo Geo 64 and are they emulated yet? I think some old dumps I had were 80-240Mb? The games came on CD so there's at least an upper limit for ya. As for the Hyper NeoGeo64, it had 6 games. Fatal Fury: Wild AmbitionSamurai Shodown 64Buriki-OneRoad's EdgeOff-Beat RacerBeat Busters Oh and on that boot-up screen, it's cute that it uses the same format as the CPS-1 and -2 screens. I've seen them so often that it'll be a royal kick to see 3rd Strike's when I load it up for the first time. Whenever that day comes.
Shibathedog Posted June 11, 2007 Posted June 11, 2007 man i was gonna post this earlier >_< anyway yeah, more awesome games for me to play now
Sultan Posted June 11, 2007 Posted June 11, 2007 I wonder if any of the cps3 cd image files I've been hanging onto for years will actually be usable? And why is it that I kept them all this time? Did I think that when cps3 emulation finally happened, the roms would be scarce? Or am I just another obsessive rom collector who has to have a complete mame set no matter what?
Sultan Posted June 11, 2007 Posted June 11, 2007 ^^ Hey, that's not even on Haze's page yet. Got anymore from where that came from? More emu screenshot pr0n!
