I have been wanting to get a new one for a while now, and Office Max had a sale on a 120 GB so I went and got it. Finally, no more DL, Burn, DL, Burn, DL, Burn, etc.... Hopefully I will have all my emus, and ROMs on there by the end of next week, and be back on the HUB. I am sooooo frickin' happy

Just happy thats all. For Christ's sake, I have no one to talk to about comps where I live....gotta tell some people who know what I am talking 'bout. Ya' know??

Then i say "you will need to install some codecs" then they go Naaaa! your allright i dont know nothing about that!! Even thogh i offer the disk with the codecs and tell them just to double click a programme and let it install, put in the disk and "voila" you can watch!! Its to much for them i tells ya!

One time a friend asked me for some games so I set him up with about 1000 mame games, and a full crack of quake 3 with multiplay and he never played them cause he said he couldn't figure out how to work mame, and quake 3 was too hard to play. I laughed at him, and told him I would get him a 2600, and then he could play games on his tv.

mrlipring Posted June 2, 2003 Posted June 2, 2003 Burn those cd's its a pain but... yeah man, i know, but i like to have all my stuff handy. there's no point having 80gigs of mp3s if you have to pop in a cd to listen to an album. ideally i'd have all my music, films, and roms on the pc at the same time.

Plus a massive 10000000000000GB hard drive wired up from my loft to my pc no worries just pc gaming bliss---That and 1 meg interrnet connection instead of the old ADSL----You always want more ya know.
