Talk about draconian laws and milking the system if this bill ever goes through.

They'd have to install something and we'd have to let them into our hd's first right? Will it be acceptable probable cause for a search if we resist?

 

Some of us might have to depend on the possible rationale of some of those judges (yikes). I just hope the "theft" card isn't played.

I don't think you get it. They need a way to track those things down. That means if the law passes, you will be forced by the law to install a spyware and give it a firewall permit! I won't though, cause I don't live in the US :D
