steriod use enlarges the heart. after you've been off them the heart stays enlarged for the rest of your life. even if he only was on the juice while in his 20's the damage was done. add in his admitted cocaine and alchol abuse, years of bumps and pain killers. and it's no wonder many wrestlers die before thier time.
