The scam is that it's overpriced. Cars aren't worth more than about 500$.

I know Shelby is an aftermarket tuner like Saleen, hence it's not a "Ford Shelby Mustang", it's one or the other.

Something besides this fact that was prevalent?

the fact that the buy it now was for 6700 bucks is a pretty good indicator.

blue book on a shelby from that era is around $80,000

I love ebay but I hate ebay. The bastards have screwed me over with many items. I don't know about buying a car off of ebay though. I'm already iffy about buying clothes and crap.

Yeah, I have bad experience on ebay too.

 

Sudden change of shipping price (and I can't prove it! )

Never receive items (luckily paypal reverse the charges after i won

the case)

late shipment etc etc.

 

But you can still get cheap items sometimes. Just have to look out for opportunity

Yeah, I've lost a shirt and a hat with arm warmers.. ordered them in the summer and the girl says that she shipped them and they should be here soon... but I think she's stalling until the 60 day mark when I can't get my money back.

 

Paypal flocked me over too. Charged me for some things twice, or charged me again after I already ahd the item... then it was doing some other weird stuff... but it could just be my bad luck x.x

It's not one or the other, it's both, becuase....it is, get over it.

 

The care was a gt500 "elanor" like the one in gone in 60 seconds. It had like a brand spanking new coca cola red paint job. It said that like 90% of the car was new, they took picture under the car and there was no rust or grime or rust or whatever. The interior was new, leather seats, and it also had like some 20" rims, so I was like, this shyt can't be real.
