You get that hd that's in your comp, and set the pins to "slave" (there will be a rectangular shaped thingie on the back, set to the 2nd to the last collumn of two). Then, if and when you get a new comp, you can use that as your slave hd. You won't have to recover anything Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
