Sultan Posted June 13, 2005 Posted June 13, 2005 Just heard on good monring america (I watch that and Extra, so I guess I'm pretty much an expert on this damn case) that he CAN be convicted of a misdemeanor count of giving alcohol to a minor instead of a felony. The difference is whether or not they think it was proven that he did it in order to molest the child. If they can't prove it was for that reason, its a misdemeanor (more likely a fine than jail time). Taking this jury an awful long time, isn't it? That's not a good sign for Jackson I don't think.

Just because Michael isn't like everybody else and has these weird knacks (and a shiloadof money) seems to put him on the tabloids more than enough even without this sexual harassment case (or whatever). So what if he turned from black to white, has had extensive plastic surgery, owns a theme park/ranch the size of my country and and has a chimpanzee named 'Bubbles' as a pet? I say leave the man alone and look for freaks elsewhere. Then again, sure, he might be guilty... I really don't care.
