I wish i could find the other funny article where they accused someone of downloading like 200000 songs off of some PC Only program, and it turns out the person had a Mac and not a PC, and this was even before iTunes so there wasnt really anything they could have gotten it mixed up with.

can they sue you for having encoded audio files for cd's you don't have? like let's say....something ripped from a friend?

 

even if you've been off the p2p for a year :P
