Theres a great site, i think its www.jkcinema.com that does an urban ledgends series where some are true and some are fake, i did some research and i know (mostly) which ones are true and which are fake. Watch em and ask if you want i guess, i dont want to ruin anything.

oh god ohm my god OMFG! i can't believe u just learned of that OLD myth. s well some say it's fake and was just a crane ( a type of bird) walking around some say it was a stage hand.
