My feeling after playing KOF Neowave....

Actually, I only has one complaint, the graphic department.

It look like KOF'97!! Nice BG, but 97' sprites?!? I really hope NGBC won't turn out to be like this

THe gameplay is quite ok, almost like 98' or 2K2, so no complain there.

And a lot of people likes to play it here. KOF is still the mainstream here.

Well, it seems fine for me

And I can only recommend it to KOF fanboys.

Newcomers will really be put off by the graphics

(especially when they place it beside GGX and Tekken 4!)

i just have another go, and I managed to get to Young Geese.

Man, he is so cheesy. Typical SNK boss, but still beatenable.

I like the new bg though. So, i really really hope the sprites improves

for NGBC. It seems out of place if they use old sprites but new bg

And I still dun know how to use HEat

I have this game at home for 2 weeks now.

This game is realy cool for the KOF Fans.

I that except the backgrounds I think they also put some animation frames in. But I don't know for sure but it seems smoother.

Anyway its not without its bugs and some minor disapointments.

Still for me as a fan it's still worth what I paid for it! (Don't ask )

 

Btw I found 2 bugs can anyone verify them for me?

1 shingo's win pose when he starts shouting I don't hear any sound??

2 When Chin does his Max Super special whare the whirlwinds apear on the background he breaths fire, I only see one litle piece of the flame.

i never got that far in the game (always played VS agaisnt people until i my fingers get tired)

 

when you say Young Geese do you mean young geese with the long hair ( a new ver of the AOF 2 Geese?)
