  5. if you mean full-screen, go to the DATA folder, then open the "mugen.cfg" file and scroll down until you see this: ;DirectX mode ;Choose from Hardware, Software, Windowed, Overlay, Safe and None ;Hardware and Software run in full-screen. Windowed and Overlay ;run in a window. The windowed modes require you to set Depth to ;whatever color depth you are using for you desktop. The best results ;are when you run in 16-bit color. There is no advantage to running ;in 32-bit color. If Hardware, Software and Windowed fail, try Safe. ;None uses GDI to draw, so it's very slow. Use None only if ;you cannot get anything else to work. ;Overlay is not supported by all video cards, but can be faster than ;Windowed if it works. DXmode = Windowed just change the word Windowed for the other options they give you

Windowed and Overlay ;run in a window. The windowed modes require you to set Depth to ;whatever color depth you are using for you desktop. The best results ;are when you run in 16-bit color. Use None only if ;you cannot get anything else to work. ;Overlay is not supported by all video cards, but can be faster than ;Windowed if it works. DXmode = Windowed change the word Windowed, for the word Hardware if it doesnt work try the word Software, if it doesnt work try the word full-screen. to add stages put the stage file in the STAGE folder, then go to the DATA folder, open the SELECT file and scroll down to the part that says "add extra stage here" and put this stage/"name of stage".def

  13. When you download a character put it in the CHAR folder, then go to the DATA folder and open the file call SELECT go down until you see where it says insert characters here and add the character like this "characters name" stage/"charactersname".def lets say you download hulk, you put the hulk folder in the CHAR folder, then go to the DATA folder open the SELECT file and put thus under the "insert character here" sentenc, like this hulk, stage/hulk.def if you got winmugen you can just put hulk, it works for me. if you dont understand then tell me what character you downloaded and I can give you a better explanation.
