  1. He made another out of the 360 Elite.
  2. Updated. I would really appreciate it if some people could test a few games of their own and send me the results. Thanks!
  3. I really can't wait for this, either. I didn't really like and of the GBA Zeldas, so I'm hoping it will be the best handheld Zelda since OoS and OoA.
  4. I guess I'd be between the first and second...
  5. Everything Ben Heckendorn does is amazing. Wii laptop wins.
  6. Nice tutorial. As soon as I get my PSP back, I'll be using this to update my PSX collection. Damn, I haven't payed attention to the PSP scene for ages...
  7. God... school violence is a really horrible thing. I've seen my share, but I still do not understand why these shootings happen. I'll admit, there are a few people at my school I'd like to wipe off the face of the planet, but I have enough common sense and a strong enough will to keep on living my life that I don't.
  8. Creepy. Very creepy.
  9. No$gba can, and so can iDeaS. I prefer iDeaS, though, cause you don't have to mess around with BIOS. For a compatibility list of commercial ROMs on iDeaS, go here: Unofficial iDeaS Compatibility List
  10. INSTALL AT YOUR OWN RISK! Source
  11. I once got an Undertaker action figure from my uncle... that's about it. I don't watch "professional" wrestling. It is painfully lame.
  12. Updated. Nuff said.
  13. Please, explain. I would like to do that as well. ... Was it hawt?
  14. And I enjoyed it. Now I feel dirty... But I'm ok, since I also got Supreme Commander and Half-Life 2 GOTY (FINALLY) for PC.
  15. I had the best defense: Sleep till noon. Now, half an hour later, I'm sitting happily at my computer hoping to go to Target later to make use of some gift cards. There really is something to be said for sleeping in.
  16. The gloves were... I have no idea. I just remember GameCop wearing gloves in the GP2x review, so I thought why not? Yeah, and the videos were a bit blurry because I couldn't find the flocking brightness setting for the video mode on the camera... Great review, nonetheless! Good job GC and iq!
  17. With the release of iDeaS v1.0.1.3 (v1.0.1.4, v1.0.1.5, v1.0.1.6, v1.0.1.7a, v1.0.1.8a, v1.0.1.9 beta) that included support for commercial ROMs, I thought it might be helpful to come up with a compatibility list. Fully working games will be shown in green, partially working games will be shown in yellow, and games that do not work at all will be shown in red. Feel free to submit your own test results! UPDATE: With the release of iDeaS's audio plugin aud.dll (latest: v1.0.0.5), some games now have working sound! Download the emulator and all the latest plugins here: http://www.mdx.it/ideas/ Alternate: http://www.emulator-zone.com/doc.php/nds/ideas.html Unofficial iDeaS Compatibility List Notes: All games USA unless noted otherwise. All games tested with CPU speed set to Normal unless noted otherwise. All versions of iDeaS after v1.0.1.9 have aud.dll v1.0.0.5 already included. You will have to download and install the AviCapture.dll and wifi.dll plugins yourself. Save Type: (E4)= EEPROM 4kbit, (E64)= EEPROM 64kbit, (E512)= EEPROM 512kbits, (F2)= FLASH 2mbit, (F4)= FLASH 4mbit, (Auto)= iDeaS chooses the save type iDeaS v1.0.1.7 + aud.dll v1.0.0.2 - Pokemon Diamond (Auto) - Works at a full 60 fps with sprites! If you disable frameskip, the sound is nearly perfect, too. iDeaS v1.0.1.6 - Biker Mice from Mars (F2) - The intros run fine and the menu loads a bit slow with choppy sound, but the emulator crashes when you try to start a new game. - Brothers in Arms DS EUR (F2) - The menus are a bit slow, sound does not work, but the game is fully playable, though a little bit slow, with some minor graphical glitches in the environment. - Dragonball Z: Harukanaru Densetsu (F2) - Works Perfectly at 52 FPS with no sound. - MegaMan Battle Network 5: Double Team DS (F2) - The intro movie runs slow and wobbly(?), but the game is fully playable (53 fps avg) with only minor color glitches on the bottom screen and choppy sound. - Star Wars: Lethal Alliance (E4) - The intros and menus run fine with some working sound, but the game freezes as soon as you try to start a new game. iDeaS v1.0.1.5 - Pokemon Diamond/Pearl (F2) - The game loads and runs at decent speeds, but none of the sprites show up. Not playable. iDeaS v1.0.1.4 + aud.dll v1.0.0.1 beta - Pac-Pix (F2) - Menus and intro work at full speed, text only bottom screen is only slightly messed up. SOUND WORKS! If you would like to add to this list, please make a post that includes the game's name, save type used, CPU speed, region (USA, EUR, JAP, etc.), and any notes on glitches, game play, fps, etc.. Thanks!
  18. Yes, but I think he is looking for slot-2 cards, judging by his post.
  19. ANOTHER UPDATE: The PSP-Devolution has finally been released! FOR REAL! UPDATE: Installation instructions have been added to the PSP-Devolution website. View them here. Well well. Looks like it might not be a fake after all. Also, it looks like it will be one helluva lot easier to install than the Undiluted Platinum. I, for one, can't wait for this to be released. More pictures HERE and HERE. Source

    Birthday

Sweet. The big 1-6. Awesome. Got 3 emails informing me that it was my b-day today. One was from DCEmu, one from MaxConsole, and one from Agozer. I noticed that the DCEmu message was more advertisement than good wishes: So yeah... so far I've received a few checks which I am supposed to use to buy a Wii, and a mouse pad with a gel wrist rest (say that ten times fast). Later today I'm having a LAN party with 8 of my friends. Nothing but WWII FPS as far as the eye can see. It's gonna rock.
  23. I think it compresses them if you choose the "Compress old files" option when running disk cleanup.
