    Ok it turns out that what you have to do is arrange the icons the way you want and then hold down CTRL and close the folder. This way, Windows is forced to remember the folder's settings. So the problem is fixed and thats a little bit of information I think will come in handy in the future too. Thanks for the help.

    UPDATE: This doesn't only happen with Winamp. Its happening whenever I click open for any type of file. Now I'm confused even more.

    Everytime I go to open a file through winamp, the music I have is listed in backwards alphabetical order. I click arrange by name to reverse it, but whenever I go to a different folder or close winamp and come back, its back to the same way it was. This only happened recently but its very annoying so if anyone has any suggestions...

    So whats your favorite music from any game series or single game? Theres lots of games where the music has stood out to me, especially later ones because the music sounds so much better. I'd have to say though my favorite music has come from the Mega Man series of games. I saw some special on Mega Man and Capcom and they explained how they wanted to focus a lot on the music besides just the game. Thats why they named the characters Rock and Roll

    My newbness started a few years ago when Diso introduced me to this site. I didn't even know what half the emu stuff that I know now was back then. I just posted a lot of questions, still do sometimes when help is needed. Good answers always came from this site, well, most of the time. Either way, I'm still kinda a newb because I'm not as into emulation as everyone else here so i lack some of the knowledge.
