Seeing that both emulators have complaints, I'd say its a software issue in Windows. Maybe a complete reinstall could fix it.

I heard that Isohunt stopped access to its search engine to U.S. citizens. Can someone confirm?

Or do you want to block an IP address from accessing your computer? Need more information.

Seeing that this regime is a puppet of the Chinese government, I cannot see much good happening in any kind of a hurry. The Chinese have blocked all U.N. attempts to do anything.
