I don't agree with what oink did, the artists and companies should be able to gain revenue while the songs are current ones. Their actions help make P2P look bad. However, once the song is over 10 years old it should be available online for free.

Mame runs slow now and the music skips

They changed a lot of things recently, for the worse. Donkey Kong is going to stutter really badly unless you have a recent computer. Turn off triplebuffer (although you might get screen tearing), see how that goes. -
Passwords are on files for a reason. Unless the password is known, you may as well delete the file. Do not post links to roms again otherwise you will be banned.

I think in the interim, while waiting for the long-promised board rearrangement, you can use the Anime and Art forum for all your music needs. So with the exception of emulators, how did you play any games?? PC only. And emulators (mostly MAME).
