Something for Gryph to salivate over... Right kidney is slightly enlarged and there is some perinephric stranding. There is dilation of the right collecting system and ureter. There is suggestion of a small calculus at the right uretic orifice. It seems that there is a uric stone at the bottom of the tube just where it enters the bladder. It still hasn't gone, although I feel much better.
