The first episode was aired yesterday on japan TV and well, my first impression is one word: hellsing. It really has that feel but if only Dante would act more cocky and joke around like the dante from DMC3. I enjoyed the first ep very much, but I have no idea if the anime will have any connections to the upcoming DMC4 game.
but more importantly, a dmc fan should not miss out
I was hoping the next episode would be out sooner (one week plz?) instead of having to wait months after months like KOF: Another Day (which was flockin rediculous for just 4 damn 5 minutes episode che..). I'm very glad this will be a 12 episode series which each last 20+ minutes. now googoogg.. just so you know, the first ep has already been subbed.
edit: I was originally going to post this at the anime forum, but it deserve a little more attention cuz dante ftw and shit (DMC1 and DMC3 dante), but I'll move it later on.

A schoolgirl was murdered by a fast food shop owner who joked that she had been "chopped up" and put into kebabs, a court has been told.It was alleged at Preston Crown Court that Charlene Downes, 14, was killed by Iyad Albattikhi, 29, owner of a shop in Blackpool.
Charlene was one of a number of girls who visited an alleyway in the town to have sex with older men who worked in the fast food shops, the jury was told.
Charlene, from Blackpool, was "well and happy", the court heard, but had a "chaotic" home life. Expelled from school, she spent her time hanging around shops on the Blackpool Promenade.
She was last seen on Nov 1 2003. After kissing her mother goodbye she left alone - and disappeared.
Police launched a murder investigation after finding information that Charlene had been "killed and chopped up", the court heard.
No trace of Charlene's body has ever been found.

If the claims are accurate, Jamison Stone's trophy boar would be bigger than Hogzilla, the famed wild hog that grew to seemingly mythical proportions after being killed in south Georgia in 2004.
Hogzilla originally was thought to weigh 1,000 pounds and measure 12 feet long.
National Geographic experts who unearthed its remains believe the animal actually weighed about 800 pounds and was 8 feet long.
Regardless of the comparison, Jamison is reveling in the attention over his pig.
"It feels really good," Jamison said in a telephone interview with The Associated Press. "It's a good accomplishment. I probably won't ever kill anything else that big."

Someone from GT made a great analysis of the Wii's graphic and proved those stupid fanboys wrong for critising the Wii's graphic, e.g "The wii is just Gamecube 1.5, The wii is inferior to xbox graphics, etc" and so on.
So, as we know there has been a lot of talk about Wii's graphics, the competition, the previous generation e.t.c and there have been a lot of myths too, I got a little fed up so I decided to debunk them.
1. "Wii can't do Normal Mapping."
- Who actually said it couldn't? That's something I've always wondered.
Digital-Legends proved that even the N-Gage which didn't even have a 3d accelerator chip let alone shaders or h/w bump mapping did normal-mapping too.
and so can the Nokia N93's *Dreamcast* based PowerVR MBX graphics chip.
Furthermore, Konami will use Normal-mapping technology in Dewy's adventure for Wii and Factor 5 have already expressed their displeasure of developers not using normal-maps on the system.
The Wii isn't as capable at the techniques as some other systems, but it can be done to some capacity.
2. "Even though the Wii's ATI Hollywood GPU has a higher clock speed than the Xbox's XGPU, it still isn't capable of as many pixel fillrate calculations. Wii isn't capable of pixel shading. Nor is it capable of graphical effects such as stencil shadows, self-shadowing and light scattering".
This is wrong. Rogue Squadron II did these effects on Gamecube back in 2001, light scattering was an excellent addition in Rebel Strike in 2003.
The ATI Hollywood can actually produce "insane fillrates" to use Factor 5's words. Hollywood is capable of a pixel fill-rate of almost 972 mega pixels. Having such a high fill-rate capability means that the Wii can perform advanced shaders, advanced texture filtering and advanced multi-layer texture effects better than the Gamecube could.
3. "Wii is hardly anymore powerful than the Gamecube. In fact its not much more capable than the PS2."
Don't make assumptions by what early Wii games display.
Wii's CPU for a start would arguably outrun the Xbox's twice over thanks to its fast Power PC architecture.
The huge RAM (over twice as big & faster) also allows for larger richer worlds than before.

4. "The Wii is incapable of good physics."

Wait til they switch the Vacuum Laser on, physics allover the place.
All those interactions at once? Wii was having a picnic, hardly touched Hollywood for graphics functions too. Broadway used a fraction of the CPU to compute those physics. The system is capable of even more. Btw, AGEIA Physics are already in use for current & future Wii titles.
5. "The controller interactions require huge amounts of processing power, that's holding back Wii graphics."
Incorrect. It doesn't have a performance hit. If it did this (below) wouldn't run in 60 frames per second with so many advanced effects.

I'm always curious but don't feel like finding an answer myself. Instead I'll let you guys answer.
So how does free image hosting sites such as imageshack still lives on as of today? how do they get this massive amount of webspace (without cleaning it every once in a while, correct me if I'm wrong)? or manage to pay for all these webspaces? now don't say the ads is the ticket to pay for it because it seems doubtful that 2 or 3 box/columns of ad would actaully pay for TBs of webspace. And still, everyone is continue to use it everyday. I like to know what's behind imageshack and how they manage to stay alive as of today?
a cheap answer such as the management of the site is rich or the ads are the real deal doesn't really justify my answer so uh what do you guys think?

they ruined this movie sorta like how they ruined xmen 3. Everything was just rushed filled with these cheesy twists (I still don't know how they squeeze 3 villains into 2 hours). But then again, at the begining it seems to progressively nice and well then sh!t starting to hit the fan after 15 mins or so. I'm glad I visit the local pirate theater to watch this (it was good quality too). But never again I would want to watch it again, Hell I don't even want to see what's next (spider man 4? pffft) unless they manage to clean up all this mess. Still regret losing 2 hours of my life thanks to this film.

Certainly on the inside, there's some dust right now (last clean was back in summer 2006). I kept it in a good area where dust doesn't stray that far to the inside of my PC (dust still build up on the outside of the case). However, parts maybe like the HDs and the DVD drives might not as much dusty as the GPU fan or the CPU fan. I know it builds up one way or another (no matter how clean the room is). I guess it really depends on how much time the PC is left on, as the fan continue to made it's cycle it will continue to become more dustier. So I guess if you just spent maybe an hour or 2 everyday, there shouldn't be alot of dust.
edit: btw dust is sorta of a bad thing I remember how dust is one of culprit behind high temperature thats because it's so dirty the fan is prevented from releasing all that hot air. So I guess it does make a diference if you clean out your fans when you notice high temperature from both your gpu/cpu.

If you have no idea what X means then I suggest you do some research. This is not your typical fighting game or you can say a cross over fighting game such as Marvel vs. Capcom, Capcom vs SNK series. Just so you know, this game is old (release 2 years ago).

The only reason I started reading the bleach manga 2 and a half years ago was because of my impatience. I really needed to find out what's next. If Bleach wasn't such a good anime, I wouldn't even wanna waste my time. At the same time, when Bleach returned back to the original story, I was thrilled because I get to relive those great moments I read in the manga in pure animation. Hell I can't make out some of the image of the techniques used, then when I watch the anime, I get the better idea how unique it looks. It sure give me a better Wow factor than I see in manga. YOu know when I read bleach scanlations, I do find myself excited reading through it but at the same time, I feel empty (even though I had bleach anime soundtrack on while reading). So it's kinda common sense why most people prefer anime over the manga.

I agreed almost 100% with drake. The Rocklee battle was pretty much the only greatest highlight. I mean seriously, up to the middle point it was just boring kiddie typical anime. Then things tend to get excited but it didn't keep up the hype. But hey, this is the last naruto movie for the first arc. Also, why must they change the appearance of rasengan in every freaking movie!! Even when it doesn't make sense!!!???indeed, the first one did not make sense either. I mean, multi rainbow color rasengan? gaytastically awsome *sigh* I swear the creator of Naruto needs to stop milking naruto like this, no wonder why alot of ppl claimed this anime to be very overrated and I do agree sometime. The first arc is overrated when the fillers start pouring in, but I'm very impressed (as expected) with shippuden so far, that is indeed the true naruto anime we're been waiting for all year and not some stupid episode about curry soup ;P

Mainly Bioshock for the 360. You guys need to recongize the true sucessor of System Shock 2. I was already floored when I saw gameplay of it, then the developers have to go deep to even make a seperate trailer for the water effects D:
hmm let see what else, I guess Crysis should be next. Why does it seem like it's gonna take forever for it to came out? I just don't get it anymore. Half Life 2: Orange, what can I say, I was amazed when HL2 was out. Then theres Lost Coast followed by Episode 1 of the HL2 saga. Yes the ending really left me hanging (how can you escape your mind from those horrible cliffhanger endings? yes.. it alway sucks that you always remember the bad stuff more often than good memories). But in anycase, I want HL2 episode 2 now, I'm already pissed off at Valve delaying it who knows how many times? tch gg valve

The Darkness ! Not the rock band, I swear I can't listen to that homo song anymore (I believe in a... you know the rest) but yes, the creator of Chronicles of Riddick (one of the best fps) is behind this game and for certain I'm really looking forward to it.
Super Smash Brawl and Super Mario Galaxy. Need more mario here nintendo.. I'm getting pissy with my wii purchase.
