  1. Super Size? That doesn't exist at Jack In The Box or at Carl's Jr., so I don't know what you guys are talking about Anon.
  2. Scratch that. It plays 69!!! type of files. Real Media, Quicktime, You name it! Link: Media Player Classic The P2P Wise Man has spoken! Anon.
  3. Truly the best player is Media Player Classic. It plays EVERY CODEC. Really. I count about 20. Very light on resources and looks like old-school Windows Media Player, too! Anon.
  4. BEST song ever in game... Guile's stage in SF2. AWESOME AS HELL!!! Remix, anyone? http://www.ocremix.org/songs/Street_Fighte...x)_OC_ReMix.mp3 Anon.
  5. Other compression methods for other files... AC3. Video file type. INSANELY good compression. Love it. If only it didn't take 5 hours to change a.avi to.ac3 on a 1999 comp... OGG. Ogg Vorbis is getting very popular, VERY fast. I am digging the quality. Try em out if you want. Anon.
  6. Man, this topic is sloooowwwwwwwww. No new progress? Are we still stuck in just using KawaksDev and Mame32+? Just wanting to get the big hitters attention once more. Anon. (I am back on the board from a looooooong session of T.H.U.G.)
  7. Frankly, I would use 7z, however buggy, if it weren't for the programs and the lack of use of it. Maybe we should all start using 7z. Start our own mini revolution! Anon.
  8. I have tried 7z. It is DAMN GOOD! The only problem I see with it is that noooooot that many people use it or compress in it. Also, the programs for opening and packing 7z files are SEIZURE-INDUCINGLY SIMPLE! Devoid of anything advanced, I think. I am not sure if people are atune to 7z. I know of it through my P2P expertise. Anon.
  9. Yo, Shiba, why would it be impossible to work for Sonic Team? I want to work for them too! Hell, ANY SEGA team! Anon.
  10. Me? Student in High School. Going to become a traveling bum after getting a double major. Ohhhhhh yea, oh yea. y.e.a. Anon.
  11. I believe that it is just Norton. AVG and Avast, 2 of the best AntiViruses around, don't even detect it. I am still going to use Overnet. I haven't had a problem with it, and Sygate Personal Firewall doesn't detect any packets coming in or out of my computer when I am not using the internet. Maybe there is a consipiracy to destroy all file sharing apps. ? Those bastards! Anon.
  12. Nope. Ran Solo Antivirus, AVG, Avast, and Norton (all the best AntiVirus' there are) Jack. Didn't find jack. Ya sure that you didn't DOWNLOAD the virus? Where did you get the installer from? I just want proof so you don't defame the name that is Overnet, because I like the program a hell of a lot and we need as many people as we can get to share! Anon.
  13. What are you talking about? I have Overnet, and I run AVG and I haven't found anything! You got proof PlasticSlug?
  14. I use S for when I want to have good all-around skills. K for just pure MURDER!!! Anon.
  15. Nope. I have never eaten coins. I wonder what he would do if an Arcade was opened to take out the coins, and all those coins just spilled? Buffet, anyone? Anon.
  16. Oh, and Lancer, what are you using as your firewall? Software? Hardware?
  17. Gaming in the U.S. is STILL and underground activity in general. Hardcore gaming here is very scarce and most people, if they even play, play DDR, Pokemon, or whatever the moment dictates. In Japan, however, it is MUCH more common to be a hardcore gamer. It may be that the acceptance of people who go to arcades often is LOWER in the U.S., where gaming is considered by the masses "geeky," than in Japan, where gaming is ACTUALLY natural to one's life, no one ever says that gaming is lame, because most everybody is a gamer overseas. Culture is the difference. That is why arcades are dying in the U.S. Society doesn't consider it "cool" anymore. Sigh... Anon.
  18. Man, I have only heard negative things about Arcade gaming and how it is tanking. I have been noticing the exact opposite! Every summer, I go to Cal Poly (a local college) to go to a program called Upward Bound. In this program, you meet new people and stuff. Anyway, every lunch period, me and my friends go the arcade on campus. It is usually PACKED with people. Some playing DDR, some playing Air Hockey. Most, however playing fighting games. My friends and I EASILY spend about $3 dollars each lunch period. That amounts to a pretty penny for the owner of the arcade. I also see most people, if they lose to a friend, they just chug in more money just to defeat him. I, personally, have spent $5 just to beat one of my arrogant friends, with him spending $3 to defeat me. I have seen somewhat of a resurgence in Arcades. A local arcade by the beach is always thriving and booming, with no exception on weekdays. I am even going to start my own arcade shop. If no money comes in, then it will be for my personal enjoyment as well. That is my point of view on this situation. Thought I should say something that hasn't been said yet. Anon.
  19. Tu eres mexicano tambien, Weirdanzeige? I am from Oceano, Calfornia. Central Coast, baby! (yea, I rode the earthquake, and what? ) Anon.
  20. 1. What do you mean by serial? Like an application serial? (If so, use astalavista.box.sk) 2. Use Jigle.com to get the links to download. The integrated one is crap. How To Use Jigle.com: Type in your search for whatever. It will probably end up with nothing. There is a button, however, that says to "Update Jigle." Press this button. It will search through over 40 eDonkey2000 servers and find what you are looking for. If will then give you the results according to how many people have it, relevance, or size. Just click on the blue link while overnet is running and PRESTO! Alternitavely, you can copy the link, then later, when overnet is running, type "dllink" then whatever the link says at the bottom of the overnet screen. EDIT: If Overnet is hashing the files that you are sharing, than the "Looking..." status might be there for a bit. Patience, my friend, patience .
  21. LancerX... so you have open routes enabled for overnet to pass through, but it says you are firewalled? Try typing in "retest" on the blank line at the bottom of the overnet application. push the little ball in the right-hand corner if you can't type anything. This fixes mine, which always states that I am firewalled. Anon. EDIT: Type a "?" mark to get see things that you can type in that blank line.
