^^^ The above link is broken btw. Can anyone give me links to the latest P1 and M1 for SVC (NRX version) that fix all known errors?

If the P1 and M1 are my problem then where can i get a link (besides neogamez) to the latest and best P1 and M1 for SVC Chaos and SSV? (oh yeah i deleted the ini file and still had the same problem.)

Im having the all-too-common "unable to load program roms" error with the newest ECGC Neorage hack (which i got from a link from this very board,topic might still be around). This has happened to me with SVC and SS5 (2 out of the 3 games i use ECGC hacks for....cuz they suck to play older games with apparently...). The problem is i replaced the P1 and M1 roms that came with my svcplus ROM with the newer ones (which i got from neogamez but they claim that the P1 and M1 they got fixes "most" not "all" of the errors in the game so i dont know if i got the latest ones. Can anyone give me the crcs and link ot the latest P1 and M1 just in case?) and still got the same problem. I went and tried the ECGC hack that came with my SVC ROM and it loaded the game both before and after replacing the P1 and M1. I even put the exact same settings on both versions and the one that came with my ROM loaded the game. But i can tell the ECGC hack that came with my SVC ROM was a earlier one cuz it had multiple versions of games on the list (i.e Last Blade H1,H2,H3 etc. dont understand why multiple versions were listed....). I like the newest one cuz its got a simpler and easier-to-read list like all pre-ECGC NRX versions.... Why am i having this problem? I asked this already on the newest ECGC version thread and was told that it worked fine in the latest version. I know its not my specs since they FAR exceed what NRX needs.... am i doing something wrong?

I like the newest ECGC cuz it has a more simpler and easier to read list than earlier versions (which had weird names list Last Blade 2 H1,H2,H3 etc). Am i doing something wrong or is it the emu? Oh btw this also happened with SSV.....

Man is it me or does every NRX ECGC revision get worse than the last one? I tried loading SVC Chaos on the newest ECGC and it says unable to load program ROMS. I tried it on another ECGC that came packed with my SVC ROM and it worked. Damn, thanks for the liinks webcarrot but i tried both S1 files there and they still didnt remove the garbled text. What am i doing wrong? What i did was unzip the ROM,replace the S1 file that came with it, put in one of the S1 files i downloaded and compressed and zipped up the ROM again. When i went to play it,same garbled text. Im starting to doubt that there is a perfect NRX KoR 2000 ROM....

Well i tried the ECGC NRX with my KOF 2000 ROM and instead of the text being garbled ALL the graphics were garbled so im positive that i need that patch..... once again does anyone know where i can get this at?

Yeah YYH for Genesis is excellent. I rule in that game with Hiei lol.....

Is it really in Spanish? Is there a link to a English version? (Spanish is my native language but strangely i understand English more ) I hope its better than the version i got (2.4.3 u know the last "official" version)

Man,so they havent made any progress with this release? I just wish they would make one unified Neorage hack where you can play old games and newest releases (1999-present) without any glitches or bugs.......

Well i do got the KOF 2000 ROM that runs in NRX (hard time finding it though) and it does run properly (from what ive played) but it shows corrupt text in the Neorage hack i got (0.8c,the most stable hack ive tried). Dont know if i got a hacked P1 though. I know where to get the ECGC Neorage. But i dont know where to get the hacked P1+S1 files. Can anyone link me to them? Man looking for all these patches to run these games perfectly is a hassle (oh well guess thats the payoff for playing it for free,no biggie). Can anyone tell me if any other NRX Neo-Geo games need patching (and if possible give me links to those too)? Thanks

Can anyone post the link to the SVC ROM again because there are WAY too many pages to search through and the few that i have had patience to search through have broken links.... also can i get get links to the latest patches which fix all the glitches (sound,gfx etc.)? Thanks Oh yeah just in case i might get a link to neogamez i already tried there and the link they have is either broken or takes an eternity to download (which is weird considering i hve a cable modem)....

Well all of my ROMS that appeared at the bottom of the list had an entry on the list (some of the ROMS that appeared at the bottom of the list are early Neo-Geo games like Fatal Fury,Ghost Pilots... wonder why they are there).Maybe there something unusual about the ROMS that i have...

you know what, im definitely going to wait till the smoke clears as far as all these new Neo-Geo games go because this whole fiasco with ROM patches,hacked emus etc is WAY too confusing for me. Im just sticking to my NRX 0.8c from anigames.it (which i had to get from Emule because apparently anigames.it links are down.) Ive only stuck to anigames' NRX hacks up until now when i started looking into these newer hacks which do appear to have new features and fixes but end up messing up other parts of the emu. I like to audit my NRX ROMS because i want to make sure i have the right ROMS and when i open NRX i dont want to get no errors or have any ROMS appear at the bottom of the list instead of being in their appropiate places (some of my ROMS appear at the bottom of the list with names with odd names i.e FATAL FURY.zip.even though they are in the bottom of the list they still do work. I just wonder why they are at the bottom of the list instead of being highlighted on the list. What im basically trying to say is that i like keeping my ROMS organized . Well anyways thanks to you who helped me. I really learned a lot from your posts.

I know that the original NRX has long been discontinued,but it continues to be updated by hacks. The thing is there are so many different hacks of Neorage that it makes me wonder just how old my version of NRX is (i got v 0.9c,the newest game it has on it is KOF 2K2. I also notice that everytime i try to load my Fatal Fury 3 ROM of my NRX ROMS CD the program shuts down. I have a feeling that isnt the only ROM this version has a problem with....). My questions are: 1) what is the version of NRX i should be using? I heard that i should have 2 seperate versions, one for all games up to KOF2K2 and another for the newest games (SVC,SSV). Is this true? If so where can i get these versions? 2) Does NRX play all the newest games out so far perfectly (i know all ROMS after SVC have had to go through the debacle of all these patches and fixes and whatnot. Thats why im waiting until i get the definitive version or versions of NRX before even downloading them)? 3)Why do some of my ROMS appear at the very bottom of the list when i use NRX? Is there something wrong/missing/unproperly named about them cuz all the ROMS i have are on the NRX "list". Also, is there a playable version of KOF2000 for NRX out there w/o copyright protection or glitches? 4)Can someone explain to me in detail why NRX has to use its own set of Neo-Geo ROMS while Mame/Kawaks etc. use another set? Also, why when i audit my NRX ROMS in Romcenter does RC mess them up instead of fixing/renaming them, Do i have to do some special procedure to make sure RC audits NRX Neo-Geo ROMS properly? Is there any way i can convert my NRX ROMS for use with Kawaks/MAME etc? Sorry for the long post but i tried to condense it as much as possible and i couldn't get any of these questions answered anywhere but hopefully here. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance
