Well if it's a virus, a couple of virus scans wouldn't hurt? BitDefender has an online scanner, but you'll need to use IE for it to work.
I've ran my avs a couple of times to no anvil. Problem still presists.

Problem: Windows is being bitchy and I can ping websites with both regular web addresses (eg www.google.com) and via IP address (whatever google's IP address is).
But when I bring up any browser, I can't connect to any website at all with either method. The only thing I can connect too is my routers.
I've tried ipconfig -flushdns, rebooting the modem and the router to no luck. So I've decided to reformat from XP going to Windows 7 Build 7000. I'm going to do another clean install tonight now that my internet is fixed and after replacing my modem twice (one with the much sexier and newer ADSL+Router combo from Bell that I have to reconfigure :S).
Is it a virus that managed to copy it self to my usb key, external hdd or ipod? Or am I just crazy and my PC sucks.

Memory Card boot has been fixed on slim-lines for ages though, unless you mean those Memory Card modchips they have out, which I haven't heard of in 4 years.

It's a security liability to leave the default password on. It works both ways, easy access in and out.

What I noticed about scrub giefs is that they Lariate all day, and after they score a knock down they green palm then spd. NIGGA I'VE BEEN DOING THAT SINCE ST, THAT crap WON'T WORK ON ME.
Seriously, how do i get out from the green palm ---> spd combo? I did meet the exact scrubs you mention online. I try jumping backwards with Abel after blocking the green palm but it did not work always.
Depending on who you use. crouching LP would usually beat grabs depending on the character. Best bet however, is just to do a neutral jump (just jump straight up) then combo on the way down or, jump away. It's easy to remember that gief has to get in to do damage. Depending on who you use, results my very on how to beat his stuff.
