Well, GC thought there was something wrong if he went a head and banned him. By the looks of his post, it wasn't just about the rom link stuff.

Regardless of what was behind the rom link, GC been tightening the control over the rules. Sure, new members don't get banned outright for asking, just warned. As for Diso, I don't go second guessing, but GC was hasty about this. I don't know what went on in IRC, and frankly I don't care.
