Isass.exe can be spoofed as well, but it's an integral component in Windows XP.

Services.exe, Csrss.exe, and Ctfmon.exe are running on my system as well. Sccrs gets my attention though, it's might be a spyware/whatever program trying to masquerade as Csrss.exe, I'm not sure.

My sentiments exactly. PAL countries get shafted a lot when it comes to video games. Hell, the only video game ever that got a J and a PAL release but not an US release is Terranigma on the SNES.

You can't redump anything unless you own the actrual arcade board and the equipment to dump the data. Since MAME says 'no good dump known', you need to wait until Guru redumps the game.

Just a 'pentium4, 60gb, windows xp' doesn't cut it. I meant the amount of RAM, video card, processor speed and the likes. Is the game a rip or did you download the game's CD/DVD image and then burned it to a CD? If the latter option rings true, my initial question still stands: Did you put the CD in the drive (or alternatively, did you keep the image mounted after installing the game)?

You might want to check your system from spyware, malware and such... and also check if one of your active processes take extra amount of memory in the background.

Most emulators have an option somewhere in the menus. It's usually "Start sound dump", "Dump to WAV", etc. It's located under the Sound/Audio menu in most emulators. Start the WAV dump and after that, play the music code you want to record. Alternatively, you could Google for QSound Player, which is basically a music player/music dumper for QSound-based games (CPS-1 and CPS-2).

Most TVs output TV signals at ~29fps, the only time they up to 50 or 60 is with video game consoles.
