  1. I don't have a job either, and I still buy most of my games. It's called having savings.
  2. You dare to ask "is this good?" when it's about a Katamari game? Heathen.
  3. I beg to differ. The new controller forces developers to think about game controls from a different angle and be innovative. Rather than alienating developers, it most likely sparks a whole new interest in designing the games. Don't be so quick to pass judgment. As for the older games, same thing applies. I'm sure Nintendo carefully took its older games into account as well when they designed the Revolution controller.
  4. Wow, total recall and déjà vu.
  5. Two things: 1. SATA hard drives are worth it. 2. Get an AMD Athlon 64 instead.
  6. If that is indeed the real controllers, it looks badass. If you ask me, I love the design. Sure, it most likely takes a bit of getting used to, but Nintendo sure cashed in the promises about the controller being 'revolutionary'. Two thumbs up for the big N.
  7. Bob is really reaching there.
  8. Seriously, you're asking that now even thought the game isn't out yet? The only reason one would ask such a question at this time is to pirate the game. Why don't you do the developers a favor and buy/import the game?
  9. Asura Blade is just awesome. FBA runs Daraku Tenshi IIRC, since it runs on Psikyo's arcade hardware.
  10. Yes, it's on CPS-1 hardware. Made by Compile/Capcom. EDIT: The same Pnickies is also on the CPS-2, but it's a prototype.
  11. Yeah Returns, silly me... I kinda liked it.
  12. I truly hope that he does return.
  13. Yes. Besides, onboard soun chipsets are far better than video chipsets. They support all kinds of things like 5.1 sound, EAX, hardware mixing etc. Only get a soundcard if you are a diehard audiophile have money to burn. Creative is the way to go if you do get a soundcard.
  14. For starters, change System: Neo to System: NEO
  15. FINALLY. Steve Purcell is god.
  16. It's actually Shikigami no Shiro/The Castle of the Shikigami. http://media.cube.ign.com/media/572/572060/imgs_1.html
  17. To my surprise, it has been confirmed that Xenosaga II: Jenseits von Gut und Bösen will be released here on October 28th with heavy extras. Oh glorious day, although I would have preferred Xenosaga I more.
  18. I posted about this on Currect Affairs like 6 months ago. But yeah, the games are flocking awesome.
  19. Batman Begins Earthword Jim Ecco the Dolphin 1/2 Eternal Champions Final Fight CD Flashback Keio Flying Squadron Lethal Enforcers 1/2 Lunar: Silver Star/Eternal Blue Night Trap Popful Mail Rise of the Dragon Robo Aleste Snining Force CD Silpheed Snatcher Sol-Feace Sonic CD Sure, some of these have appeared on other consoles or arcade, but that doesn't make the Sega CD versions any worse.
  20. I think the games won't cost any more than what games cost now. The highest pricetag that I've seen (excluding Steel Batallion) was on MGS2 when it came out over here; ~€74.
  21. The man's got to age. It's logical after all, contrasting how illogical the MGS storylines can be.
  22. Final Fantasy X-2. I started it all over again after 60+ on the clock.
  23. I wonder if we'll ever get Xenosaga in any form. It's one of the few high-profile series that have never made it here, and the other one is the Tales series (excluding Tales of Symphonia for some strange reason; still no PS2 port of ToS for us - flockers). WTF is wrong with Namco and their RPG development teams?
  24. MAMEDev announced long ago that the "anticipated" version wouldn't be 1.0, but 0.100.
  25. Ahem. The PS3 is so going to kick my ass to Sevent Heaven/Outer Heaven/whichever Heaven one prefers. Good to see that the development teams have something to show for efforts efforts.
