  1. Just because MK isn't VF, it deserves it fans, because it's a great game, Ryan!
  2. Live's a biatch and you don't have the money to pay her, sometimes...
  3. Hey guys, most of you probably don't know this great project, yet. It's one of the programs I don't want to miss on my parties. Nearly everybody who played it, were enthused by it. It's UltraStar Deluxe, so to say Singstar for the PC. It's more a simulator like Stepmania and Frets on Fire than an emulator, because it doesn't need any ROM files, you can feed it with txt and mp3 files. You can include all your videos for the background or just images if you like to. Same applies to the Cover images. You can decide to take the original Cover image or a special one you like. It is also possible to convert your original Singstar DVDs to the Ultrastar format and use it instead of twenty DVD with only 30 songs. There are already more than 1800 songs created and the number grows nearly every day. Anybody is in the UltraStar fever aswell, or is it just me?
  4. I don't know exactly, but IIRC they painted Ganons blood green (from red), fixed two glitches and changed the fire temple music. The V1.0 cartridge was the golden one and all grey were V1.1 or V1.2 (fixed another glitch and changed the sun shield texture).
  5. Ya that is if you accidentally change you CMOS settings. But if you pull the battery and leave it out for any length of time all is lost. Backup and all. Hate to break it to you, but this is entirely untrue. I've run boards all the way back to 286s with no battery even installed, the ONLY thing that happens is it won't hold time/date or anything but default settings. Resulting in having to "setup" every time the power is off. Hell the CMOS is nothing more than a GATE, to some type of flash. In a PC motherboard, usually EEPROM. In something like a portable device (PSP, tabletPC).....NAND. Now back to the problem at hand. You fed a device that is powered off 5v USB, an external power source of at least equal. Have you checked the device in another machine? If it's dead, it's a good bet you've killed whatever bus is responsible for handling interrupts between "PCI" devices, which would also explain nothing booting from any drive. I don't know, why all hassle is about my CMOS, because I know, when I would get my inputs working, I could get it working, too. But like I already stated, I don't get any input devices workin. My HDDs internal are working all perfectly. So I was wondering, if I get it back to normal, without any inputs or check whether my USB/PS2 devices can be restored to normal functionality...
  6. My PC was booting fine, before I removed the Bios battery. But now it awaits input and doesn't boot to Vista. But even, if it would boot to vista, I have no input, so I can't start tools, which check my ports.
  7. Ya that is if you accidentally change you CMOS settings. But if you pull the battery and leave it out for any length of time all is lost. Backup and all. Even if I could restore my CMOS, my USB/PS2 problem would be still persistant! So I wonder, if there's any possibility to check if my USB/PS2 connectors are still working!? I also bought an internal PCI-USB Card, to check if these connectors are working, but they didn't worked either!
  8. Well, they've had their chance with the last firmware update, and it still works. Maybe the next firmware update will block it. Ultimately, we'll just have to wait and see. Nope, won't be blocked by firmware updates, becauseit's a bug in the game code and could only be patched, if they (BigN) rerelease Zelda as a V1.1 like they did with OoT in the N64 era.
  9. Yeah... I have a very bad problem with my desktop PC and hope that someone can help me: I bought a SATA to USB converter and plugged it into my first USB hub, without external power supply and it got disconnected... so I thought, to many input, try the other one with external power supply... but didn't worked either, same probleme, all external devices got disconnected and the USB HUB was "dead". So I thought, I should probably try the normal USB... plugged it into and then all my connectors on the back of my PC lost connection! USB & PS2! So no mouse input etc. I don't know what I should do, my PC started into vista, but I couldn't control, so I've done a BIG failure: Removed the bios battery and hoped, that after that all will work like before, BUT now my PC awaits input and I don't even come into Vista anymore. HELP! I have a lot projects on my Desktop PC and don't know how to save them!
  10. I totally disagree about the N64 controller. You never needed 3 hands to hold the controller. Only two, because all games only need the Analogstick+Z or the DigiPad + L. SO I vote for the N64 on the 1st place (it jsut was the best way to play 1st person shooters, with the C-Buttons + the analog stick), 2nd is the PS1/2/3 and third the Gamecube.
  11. What does the shadow man with your penus? And why do you kiss a shadow? No smoking hot girls there? Btw: Another new pic with a good friend of mine this time. I hadn't much sleep the nights before and already was really drunk, so that's the reason I don't look that good! So no Alisa pictures, this time. Btw: I slept in the same bed with her last weekend! I know, you are now all jealous!
  12. Thanks for the reply Is there a Makaron emulator at all? Or is the whole thing just a hoax? And if there is one, where can it be located? Just look at the blog, there are s lot downloads of Makaron, so yeah it isn't a hoax, it is a real emu.
  13. Yeah, because Crisis Core is "just" a Prequel, isn't it? It's the only game I would buy a PSP for. Just because I loved my FF7 on my little PSX that much.
  14. It doesn't block the twilight hack, it "only" blocks the trucha signed disks and the freeloader IF there's another update released not yet. The twilight hack can't be fixed IMO because they really need to fix the game to fix that bug, that would mean create a V1.1, but it would still work with 1.0 and no system update could fix that.
  15. SSBB, Resident Evil: Umbrella Chronicles, Sonic and the Secret Rings, Zelda, Metroid... I could add much more to the list, but I don't know your preferenced game styles. The Wii is a good buy, I can guarantee you, super multiplayer console and also a lot great singleplayer titles.
  16. First, thanks for all your nice comments and advices. It's really great to see, that the internet still has some guys which has feelings and these guys also try to help in such a bad time. The bad thing about is, that I had to go back to work this week (because I'm a soldier), nearly 500km away and only had "holidays" the last week. But eastern I will be home, same applies to the week after, so I think that I'll find some time to hang around with my dad and try to help him as good as possible. I can't say, it's easy for me to handle all that stuff, but I have to admit, that my experiences in the Red Cross and in the Army helped me a lot to handle all the feelings. I had also a lot of my friends around me, last week, and my father was visited nearly every day by some friends of the family or some relatives, so I'm very happy that we have all that good mates. My father is busy this week, too, because he got back to work. It's the best thing he could do IMO. I'll try to hang out here and all my other places and try to work on my projects and do some sports to banish all my sad thoughts.
  17. Piracy isn't supported here, please next time read the rules. Rip the game yourself from your legally owned copy of Sonic 2.
  18. Do you know the feeling, if you see some reports in the TV and think, that it never will happen to you? Or see some family tragedies in some series, that you think, that can't happen ever to you? Same happens to me, but just one week ago, such a tragedy happened to me. My mother died with only 43 years. She wasn't ill, she hadn't problems before and all seemed to go well, we talked till 1 am, like we used to, if we found time and only 5 hours later she was given over for dead. I can't believe it. The last week was really hard for me. My Dad couldn't believe what happened and is still paralyzed. Does anyone know, what should I do? How to help my dad etc?
  19. I have some British and some canadian relatives, but I am neither one of these! I don't look like a soldier, either, but I am also one! And I am drunk as hell... damnit...
  20. I was thinking the same thing! My second thought was that the camera angle was weird. And my third thought was that his head is lopsided. It' the second thought.. the camera angle was weird. We had drunk a lot last weekend and some of the pictures has a very weird perspective!
  21. She's very hot, but here sister aswell! And her sister is good in the bed, too! And jub, it's a gotee. Doesn't fit to everybody, but it fits me IMHO. Oh yeah, but you can't stand them together... It was always war and I was between the lines!? O.o
  22. This pic reeks of pedophile. I approve. She's 19 and I'm 21 so I don't know what's wrong. She's the sister of my ex-girlfriend and also incredible hot. You just want to see more pics of her, don't you? Cocktailsbar: Just some pposing... in the background is my ex-gf: Before Clubbing:
  23. Thought I have to update me aswell, so here's a new Pic:
