hmm..maybe i can throw a DC into the arcade machine and double the wires on each joystick and buttons...so a press left would press both xbox and dc controllers left...then all i need is a way to have R,G,B,gnd,sync on like a switch to go between machines..... DC did always rock playing soul calibur 2 on there now...i wish there was a hack for the sc 2 retail xbox to make it act like the arcade version....with coin mechanism

the arcade down the street just got marvel vs capcom 2 i have marvel vs. capcom 2 for xbox running in my arcade machine and i must say that the xbox does a better job graphically than the arcade machine... sooo anyone willing to put a xbox in their cab will be loving it...guilty gear xx reload -jap for xbox also looks and plays better than the real arcade version...

since there are the big 16 megger's there is no way to swap it for a different rom in kawa-x right?

we need a new dump for kawa-x for xbox... there is really 1 neogeo emu for xbox that is based on the 1.45 kawaks code...and its not updateable...so i need the new p1 roms from the new dump

wut up all... i set up the new fbaxxx last night and i have some real bad sound issues...compared to kawa-x the sound just sux..... anytime you have a big bass sound it gets crackly...examples...mslug5 durring carachter select...svc chaos durring opening and carachter select...loop master in-game...basically anywhere the sound is loud fba-xxx craps out...i tried all settings for sound but they dont effect the problem... i dont mean to piss on anyones parade but this really needs to be fixed...i dont think it would be all to difficult to implement but i know nothing about coding

WOW...solved all my problems with the arcade cab controls and mvs setting thanx whoever found this.....i just have a fba-xxx on ava that just loads kof2k3 perfectly one touch...but in SCART mode wich is what the arcade machine uses....kawa-x looks way better so i gotta keep it...

how do you get it to recognize roms??? i edited all 5 ini's to point to roms...but nothing... each ini has 4 lines for directories....do i use all 4 lines???

Hey garageink....ive seen "mame" cabs that use pc's....they all suffer from a video distortion due to the fact that no matter what your getting a vga signal...when you use the xbox as your mame brain...you get pure emulation...pixel for pixel it is the same as the original arcade boards image output...dont waste your time with a pc...ive been waiting years for a unit that could output a pure signal and had horsepower to emulate roms...Thank God for Bill Gates....that why im so happy when people like you all start giving more games like SVC to my cab...she eats em right up

here are my only pics...my camera got smashed by the airlines....i can get more cabs like this in mint cond...and i have all marquees...for kof 2k3 sc chaos and all games... My Machine

Wut up all... you guys are all the crap and you know who im talkin abou... Anyway, that being said i got a neo-geo red cabinet that i have wired a modded box into...i use avalaunch so when i plug it in it boots with no animation\nologo x-2 bios....then i have kawa-x,fbax,mamox,soulcalibur 2,marv vs. capcom 2, capcom vs. SNK 2EO, on the dash and thats it...i use just a stock 10 g drive to fit it all on with a dvd-r in the drive all the time for an extra 4.3G of data space..(right now thats all mame roms)...Its sweet but i need a really cool looking avadash that looks as if it were made by neo-geo or capcom...you get it?...so it looks more like a arcade menu would...right now im using "Hi-Fi" skins... i need ideas here...as this is the final piece in making the cab...its gonna be the icing on a cake that was long in the making.. heres some pics from before my camera got smashed... I recomend everyone get one of these...msg me for details how do i add pics to my post?

i just looked at dream-emu and they are showing a fba v. 1.0 that has all the roms in order very nice....wondering if that can be ported or integrated into ghozt's fbax compile...it has mslug 1-5 in order and kof96-2k3 in order

ok i got it running great but heres my problem...fbax always defaults to mvs \japan \ console mode \normal bios....even if i savestate...i want it to start the mvs arcade mode every time...not console mode...which bios should i use?...i want to "cut" console mode out... thanx you all rox
