arcadia: added an invincibility trainer for crazy gobbler.
arcadia: added gaming guide link for crazy gobbler.
debugger: fixed: opcodes with commas were not parsed correctly.
wa: fixed: Alt+L shortcut was causing a hang.
debugger: now when disassembling or tracing, shows the memory area that
effective addresses belong to.
debugger: fixed: pausing while tracing could leave garbage on screen.
aa: deleted extraneous graphics files.
