eSCV Updated

retroguru.com reports that eSCV has been updated today. eSCV is an opens ource Japanese EPOCH Super Cassette Vision emulator for Microsoft Windows. In this release, the upd7801 core has been fixed. You can find out more information here at the official homepage (Japanese).

Emu48 v1.40 Released

The HP48 Emulator Emu48 was originally created by Sébastien Carlier and is published under the GPL. The latest version of Emu48 can emulate a HP38G, HP39G, HP40G, HP48SX, HP48GX and a HP49G. The emulator is running on all Win32 platforms and the Mobile version should run on all ARM CPU based Pocket PC 2002 and Windows Mobile 2003 (SE) versions. Emu48 need ROM images to work.

SMF and R.Belmont WIP

Guru dumped Paca Paca Passion Special and Paca Paca Passion 2, both running on System 12 hardware. Both have some serious in-game graphics problems in MAME. (I have ZiNc in too many pieces to play System 12 games reliably at the moment).

As RB has posted there are a few problems with the two new dumps in MAME, however there are similar problems in ZiNc too. As I had an old source tree ready to go, here are a couple of pictures where it’s ok.
