    VGB 3.1 released

    Robert
    By Robert,

    Gameboy emulator

    Latest Version of VGB is 3.1

    With this version, I am switching to the new EMULib framework, so VGB-Windows runs much faster with big window sizes and the audio quality is better. I have also added a universal screen buffer based debugger and a builtin configuration menu (press [F5] to invoke). You can currently get both VGB-Windows and VGB-MSDOS for the total price of $25 (or lower, if you use coupons).

    New in This Version

    * Moved VGB-Windows and VGB-MSDOS to the new EMULib framework.

    * Added builtin configuration menu that works on every platform ([F5]).

    * Added a new screen buffer based debugger.

    * Added LoadGB() function to load ROMs at runtime.

    * Made code more modular.

    * Added scanline simulation.

    * VGB-Windows is now much faster, especially with large window sizes.

    * VGB-Windows audio has improved a lot.
