Details:
debugger: improved some error messages.
cd2650: added floppy disk drive emulation (incl. DIR, EXTRACT,
   SAVEIMAG commands, etc.)
binbug: removed "binbug roms" subwindow and moved these options into
   "settings|bios" and "settings|dos" submenus.
cd2650: added IPL 1.1 as a choice for bios.
improved localization of dates and times.
wa: binbug: fixed: floppy subwin: toggling "view as" was causing the
   bottom 8 offset labels to show incorrect text.
wa: twin: fixed: floppy subwin: sectors sizes were asymmetrical.
improved pseudocode for some instructions.
assembler: fixed: FOO EQU $ was handled incorrectly.
