press the key on your keyboard that says "Print Screen" (it's usuaully next to F12), then go over to MS Paint (or whatever graphics editor you prefer), go to edit, paste, save as JPEG.

Press PrintScreen on your keyboard. Then go to paint, and paste it, save it as a JPEG image. Then go to imageshack.us, and upload it, then post the thumbnail here.
