For those who want to just download, cut and paste one big zip use the torrent, for those who want to be more methodical use the above link, it breaks things down into useful sections and will not die like torrents do (at least hopefully not anyway.)

If you or anybody else works to collect them I'll definately use them if they're better than what I've got already. It probably won't be about a month and a half or more till I get to them if things go well. It would make my job easier down the road.

Yeah ok, i'll tryto figure out how to use the dats to make a set for FBL and upload it for you. FBA XXX 1.29 is pretty sorted as is coinops already so if there are any others to do just let me know.

 

Im happy to wait however long it'll be worth it

I'm not sure what I have with MAME. Lots of vids and screenshots, but I haven't looked at it really in almost 2 years.

Sorry RESX I can't figure out how to use the dats to sort out the screenshots.

 

I just downloaded and pasted and it worked for me. I did try but failed. Anyhow it will work to add all the screenshots and also adds an element of future proofing as if more games are supported screenshots are already there.

yeah, someone said on here that you can use the dat to run the screenshots through clrmame and it will rename all the files to match the roms. I can't find out how to do this tho. Have tried using the help and googling but no luck.

 

I just cut and pasted the whole screenshot pack that I downloaded (with more screenshots for roms that aren't supported yet still in there) and that worked for me.

 

If you or anyone else can help me figure out how to audit the roms properly then am glad to help.
