Respawning enemies in MM was to your benefit in many cases. This way you could farm energy pills and other useful items. Especially when they introduced refillable E-Tanks.

Respawns made getting the achievements a lot easier.

What? Nooo. ok yes. I remember some difficult moments in various mm games.

 

Yea agozer pretty much summed up alot. There are gems in there, if you can overlook the ugliness. The difficulty of nes games are why I think the OG gamers still have the edge. Ill bring it too you, I have plenty of XP

In terms of skill, I figure everyone have to go through a series of NES games before claiming proness. The MM games for one, if any of you beat the entire classic series (MM-MM9) I throw my "You're Awesome" tag right in your direction.
