Shoulder is fine now, has a little bit of sketchiness when I move it certain ways, but it HAS only been 2 weeks.

I got off easy, but I don't put that at any less than my own instincts when I crashed to not let it fall on me and to just go limp like a damn crash dummy.

Well... How come you keep getting flocked up??? Don't you have like nervedead portions on you leg or something? You have some nervous tick where you often hit your leg against something... was it your leg???

I had my legs crushed at the knees by 4 tons back in 01. Surgery to remove damaged cartilage and 6 months of physiotherapy. That too, is fine now.

Gonna take a tank to knock me out of commission. :D

Figured I'd give an update for anyone interested.

I got a call today, to let me know what was going on.

Seems my bike didn't get off anywhere near as easy as I did. It's a write-off, repairs will cost more than the value of the bike.

Guess I'm getting a new bike next spring.

Shiiiiiiiiit... That, well... sucks! What is gonna happen now? What measures is the insurance gonna take?

I get a payout for the value of the bike (It's only a few months old, with just over 4000km on it) according to it's appraised value.

Since it's financed, all the money will be signed over to Honda Finance, I wash my hands of it and walk away.

I may wind up still owing a few hundred on it (Interest and slight less value on bike due to use)

I put a pic up in that Exoskeleton bike thread of the EXACT bike I'll be getting, provided the insurance quote I got online is true. (It was actually high compared to what I got when I actually called them for the first bike)
