I had to keep pressing TAB in MAME to check my controls. Buuuuut, I'll beat you soon with Mario Tennis!! I recommend everyone to download that game and practice your heart out because I'll beat you all!! PS: I changed the name of the thread, to make it a little more unique. This one was really cheap, but really simple. I was thinking of getting a more simple one bcuz they usually work better (I dont know why) well this one is called a Pro Pad Blue, seems to work well enough. Only problem I have with it is its not USB and only 6 buttons So I'll probably try to play Kaillera a bit more. Does anyone use Kaillera bsides me and diso? I've never seen anyone on

I've never seen anyone on Well I play Kaillera, just have been busy like crazy lately. Also Solidius does as well and some others. I think we just need to do some more proper advertising, maybe in the hubs and stuff. We'll see what we can do. Also on the GamePad.. right when you said it wasn't USB, I knew it was cheap. The gamepads for the Midi Game Port suck! Trust me on this, I have even bought one too, infact the one I bought was 99 Cents from Circuit City!!

Usually if you don't it's like using a steering wheel for Street Fighter.

Just gimme anything with a d-pad and I do well on it. ANALOG SUCKS

I gave up though after 2 years because I only had enough time to practice in the summer and it was retarded because I always had to start in the beginning class over and over. After a while I got sick of it because I didn't really learn anything. Also whenever I would start playing again my fingers would hurt like hell because of the steel strings. As for the Analog Pad..do you mean like the N64 Controller Joystick?

I don't really agree with that quite frankly. Some of the best First-Person Shooters has analog capibilites and were great. The best example is Goldeneye 007 for Nintendo 64! I always used the analog pad, it just felt wrong using the D-Pad. It's also great for Racing Games when you can't afford to buy a steering wheel or something and add it to your Nintendo 64 if there is such a thing hehe.

There's not much skill whatsoever except shooting. If you tried to aim with an analog to the head, u most like would miss also, it would help to know but i dont think theres a gameboy emulator with kaillera client installed going hafta patch it ourselves

Rag Posted November 4, 2003 Posted November 4, 2003 The analog part was what was causing problems for me. I did calibrate it, like 200000 times, but it would still have slight problems. This one I have works fine i think bcuz its a d-pad. It was only $5 too . As for keyboard, yea its good, but i think gamepad is more fun

But he hads lots of trouble doing so I dont think visual boy advance is kaillera interfaced, we will probably have to patch a beta version of it Btw: U went back on a@H as G@mecop
