BlackKnight Posted January 14, 2008 Posted January 14, 2008 Personally I love the Shoryuken. Conceptually at least. Its fast, it has high priority, invincibility and can shut down so many different enemy movements. As long as you don't spam it out, its a great move.
Inky Posted January 14, 2008 Posted January 14, 2008 Yet they gave Ryu a side kick in SF3 to expand his (marvelous) 2 moveset. A few moves is all you need, because it's very likely you'll be using those 3-4 moves as you base over and over unlike in other games.and I love the side kick!!

alexis Posted January 14, 2008 Posted January 14, 2008 shoryuken was the move back in SFII, the triple or quad dragon punch could easily take 3 quarters of your life and Ken's was the best, besides being powerful, invincible and anti air, it also had a cool horizontal reach

Skythe Posted January 14, 2008 Posted January 14, 2008 Yeah but when you do these moves does Dan Forden pop up and yell "TOASTY!"? I don't think so. I've proven my point.
